It's nice to be able to drive around, but driving a car with automatic gears doesn't really seems like driving. I've been told that only the the sports cars has got manual gear shifts over here, so maybe I'll have to get such a car... :) ...If I'd ever get the money for it.

Sports cars are really inexpensive here compared to at home though. My boyfriend drives a 2002 Chevrolet Camero, 6.7 liter engine - amazing car! And it was only 13000 dollars... Still a lot of money, but nothing compared to DK prices!
well, I would never buy a car without automatic gear now that I have been using that for a month in NYC :) I LOVE it..
